First time on The Late Late Show for Hothouse Flowers who perform their single 'Love Don't Work This Way'.

Liam Ó Maonlaí and Fiachna Ó Braonáin first appeared on The Late Late Show in 1986 under the name 'The Incomparable Benzini Brothers' having been discovered busking in Dublin.

U2 singer Bono saw the Benzini Brothers perform and made contact with them. The Benzini Brothers had another band called Hothouse Flowers and Bono signed them to his label Mother Records.

Liam Ó Maonlaí and Fiachna Ó Braonáin are back to perform on 'The Late Late Show' with their band Hothouse Flowers. They perform their debut single 'Love Don't Work This Way', released by Mother Records and currently at number seven in the Irish charts.

The band features Liam Ó Maonlaí, Fiachna Ó Braonáin, Maria Doyle, Peter O'Toole, Jerry Fehily and Leo Barnes.
