Eleven people dead and over sixty injured after a bomb explosion in Enniskillen.

Enniskillen is still in a state of shock and disbelief following the carnage. The bomb was detonated during a ceremony for Remembrance Sunday in the town. 

RUC forensic experts are spending the day sifting through the debris from the explosion looking for clues as to how the bomb was detonated.

The injured are still being treated in hospitals across the province and the local Chamber of Commerce has agreed that shops will remain closed tomorrow when funerals of two of the victims will take place. A special appeal fund has been set up by the four main churches to help the bereaved and injured in the aftermath of the tragedy.
