Princes Street, one of the busiest shopping thoroughfares in Cork to become the first pedestrians only street in Ireland.
Work is underway to prepare Princes Street in Cork to be reserved for pedestrians only.
Lord Mayor Peter Barry TD tells RTÉ News about the pedestrianisation and what it will mean for traders in the area. Peter Barry also believes that this is just the beginning of a number of pedestrian only streets in Cork.
