Meet the singing dog Sully, a purebred mongrel.

Reporter Áine O'Connor visits Sully's owner Mrs Stokes to find out more about her musically gifted dog.

They chat about the Sully's family background, parentage and any plans to enter the world of show business.

Sully, now ten years old, started singing about 5 years ago. His biggest fans are his four pussy cats. Mrs Stokes, who accompanies Sully on various instruments as he sings, says that Sully's favourite type of music is modern jazz.

A 'First House' report was broadcast on 24 November 1975. The reporter was Áine O'Connor.
