Páirc Uí Chaoimh in Cork all set for the first of two concerts by Manchester band Oasis.
Over 300 traders are at Páirc Uí Chaoimh in Cork making the final preparations for the first of two outdoor concerts by Manchester rock band Oasis.
Páirc Uí Chaoimh is all set for two great parties, all that’s missing are the guests.
The stage has taken a week to build with technicians working around the clock. On stage there are 36 guitars, three pianos, 56 microphones, video screens, miles of wiring and thousands of lights.
All in all the best concert stage in Europe for as some would say the best band.
Director of public relations and marketing with promotion company MCD Productions Justin Green expects a crowd of 40,000 people per day at Páirc Uí Chaoimh. Tickets are still available and he urges gig goers to purchase them from official outlets.
Safety at the venue is key, with a very strict security system and medical staff at the ready. Fans requiring information about the shows can utilise a dedicated Oasis hotline number.
Justin Green advises fans to
Come to the shows early, avoid the River Lee and enjoy the show.
