Dublin Bus services are still running but a spokesperson for the company says the situation in the morning will depend on weather conditions. Dublin Area Rapid Transit (DART) and rail services are operating without disruption.
Met Éireann forecasts the freezing conditions are set to continue. According to RTÉ weather presenter and meteorologist Aidan Nulty overnight temperatures are expected to plummet to minus 4 or 5 in some parts of Ireland. The weather is not likely to improve in the short term as indications show
