Damien Tiernan visits Carlow Institute of Technology (CIT) to see a unique exhibition of large scale balloon art. The exhibition includes Andy Warhol's 'Silver Clouds', as well as work by Izuru Kasahara, Lee Bul, and Pierre Reimer.

Caoimhín Corrigan, Arts Officer describes the show which is a mix of fun, politics and abstract art, as

The exhibition is part of a wider programme called 'Visualise Carlow' and an effort to promote the forthcoming Centre for Contemporary Art that is due to open in the town.
