Members of the lesbian and gay community take part in a march organised by members of the Dublin Aids Alliance.
200 participate in the event which set out to highlight the contributions of the lesbian and gay community to Irish society. Starting at Parnell Square the parade went along O'Connell Street to the Department of Justice on St Stephen's Green where a letter calling for the recognition of gay rights was delivered.
