Finishing touches put to the renovated Cork Opera House as it prepares to host art events once again.
Cork Opera House receives the finishing touches in a major refurbishment. The venue is due to be officially reopened tomorrow by Arts Minister Síle de Valera.
The curtains will rise again for the first events at the newly renovated venue with a gala concert as part of the Cork Film Festival followed by the Cork Jazz Festival.
The renovation work which cost £3 million includes a glass fronted facade.
