Does online shopping present a new threat to high street retailers?

As customers get to grips with new technology and more and more shops go online, predictions are that internet shopping will increase considerably over the coming years.

With the launch of PrizeBuy.com, which sells home appliances, Patrick Martin Managing Director, predicts that main street retailers will have to adapt to new technology and this includes online shopping.

Mark Beggs from Indigo warns that there is still some reluctance to purchase online due to credit card security.
