This year the Spring Show at the RDS promises to be bigger than ever with a new space now that the Simmonscourt Pavilion is in use. The pavilion was erected in just 90 days and was officially opened by Mr G Gilbert Butler, President of the Royal Dublin Society (RDS). The new structure is 120,000 square feet and includes a new stable block.
Organisers hope that if the good weather continues, the show with 700 exhibits, will see a record breaking attendance.
With the Spring Show starting tomorrow owners and their animals are on site preparing for a busy week ahead.
