The National Lottery is still waiting to hear from the owner of a million pound ticket bought in January.

A Lotto Quick Pick ticket was purchased in a newsagent on Baggot Street in Dublin around 11 pm on Friday 28 January.

The winner is yet to come forward and claim their million pound prize. Perhaps their ticket was put away safely and then forgotten about.

One regular player tells RTÉ News she always knows where her Lotto tickets are. Unfortunately, she does not have the winning numbers this time,

I’d be in Barbados by now.
