Sharon Horgan the writer and star of 'Pulling' is one of the brightest comedic talents in Britain.

The Horgans are a family of high achievers. With a brother who is a winger for Leinster and Ireland, another a radio sports producer, and a sister who runs a TV and film production company, Sharon too has found success as an actor, writer and comedian.

One of the brightest talents in comedy in the UK just at the moment.

Sharon Horgan has been nominated for a BAFTA for her BBC comedy series 'Pulling', despite the fact that most of the Late Late Show audience have never seen the programme. One woman in the audience who has seen the show describes it as very funny but very rude. 

Sharon Horgan describes how she got into writing and comedy. After quitting a job with a recruitment agency, she got herself a degree and began writing the comedy series 'Pulling' which she describes as, 

Sex in the City but with kebabs.

The comedy describes the lives of three women Donna, Louise and Karen, living in London but not having the means to live the lives they would like to.
