Preparations for U2 to play Croke Park in Dublin on the Claw stage.
U2 will bring what is being described as the biggest rock show in history to their home town, Dublin.
They call it The Claw, the 390 tonne steel structure currently being erected at Croke Park.
360° Tour director Craig Evans explains how the claw is the centrepiece of the show with the band performing beneath it and the fans located all around it. Due to the physical design of Croke Park, Hill 16 will not be used for the full in-the-round experience.
U2 will play across the world on the 360° Tour. Many die-hard fans believe the best place to see the band is in their home town. Fans will travel from as far away as Japan and Brazil to see U2 at Croke Park. Peter McKenna, Director of Croke Park, is delighted that U2 have chosen Croke Park as their home venue.
Fans have been urged to show respect for the local community around Croke Park when accessing and leaving the venue.
