U2 take advantage of their new status as freemen of Dublin and take their sheep to graze on St Stephen's Green.

Grazing sheep on St Stephen's Green is one of the privileges granted to those who receive the freedom of Dublin.

The right to pasture sheep on common ground in the city.

Two members of the band, Bono and the Edge, decided to use their privilege and take their lambs named 'My Little Lamb’ and ‘Michael Jackson’ for a stroll on Stephen’s Green. Speaking to RTÉ News, Bono says

We want to set some sheep free.

Some Italian students, who happen to be fans of U2, got a big surprise when they met their idols.
