Repair work is carried out on a burst pipe in a tunnel under the River Liffey.

Dublin Corporation waterworks engineers have located a leak in a pipe in the tunnel under the River Liffey which runs from the South Wall to the North Wall. This tunnel houses a water main supplying the Clontarf area and Howth.

The repair work on the burst pipe is not expected to cause any major disruption to the water supply.
