The new host Ryan Tubridy introduces The Late Late Show for the first time.
Following in the footsteps of Gay Byrne and Pat Kenny, Ryan Tubridy takes the presenter's chair on The Late Late Show.
Good evening and welcome to The Late Late Show.
As well as a new presenter, the Late Late Show theme has been rearranged, there is a new set and house band. Opening the show, Ryan Tubridy thanks his predecessors in the role as presenter, Gay Byrne and Pat Kenny, for making the show the institution that it is.
Guests on his first show include An Taoiseach Brian Cowen, Saoirse Ronan, Cherie Blair, Niall and Gillian Quinn, Joan Collins, with music from Sharon Corr and David Gray.
