Arthur Sugden from Dublin is heir to a title in the peerage of the United Kingdom.

Arthur Sugden of Craigford Drive in the north Dublin suburb of Artane is heir to the title Lord Saint Leonards in the peerage of the United Kingdom. The 19 year old lives at home with his mother and three brothers and works in a timber yard.

Arthur Sugden's father told him he would succeed to the title which is currently held by a 72 year old English bachelor. Arthur Sugden has never met the present Lord Saint Leonards, but hopes to do so one day.

Along with the title, Arthur Sugden may also inherit a 4,500 acre estate belonging to Lord Saint Leonards.

I do not know if it is going to be handed over to me; it’s up to the Lord himself what they do with it.

When Arthur Sugden’s colleagues learned one of their workmates is heir to the title Lord Saint Leonards he was teased, but took the joking with good humour.

I’m no different from anybody else, only a title.

When Arthur Sugden succeeds to the title he plans to take his seat in the House of Lords and study.
