'Jo-Maxi' reporter Susan Kavanagh meets guitarist and singer David Long and bass player Rachael Tighe of Dublin group 'Into Paradise'.

'Into Paradise', from Churchtown in Dublin, describe a day in the life of a band. They talk about female bass players, living in the UK, recording, touring, moving to Cork and their plans for the future.

When asked for a description of a day in the life of a rock 'n' roll band, Rachael says

It's completely unglamorous and boring... we just get up, practise, take a break, practise again, go for a drink and that's basically it... go to bed.

'Into Paradise' had two other members - James Eadie on guitar and keyboards, and Ronan Clarke on drums. The band were originally known as 'Backwards Into Paradise'.

This report includes excerpts from the band's video for the single 'Burns My Skin'.
