Northern Ireland group 'Luv Bug' represented Ireland with the song 'You Can Count On Me' at the Eurovision Song Contest in 1986. The group members were brothers and sister Hugh, Max and June Cunningham, along with Ricky Meyler and Majella Grant.

RTÉ News was at Dublin airport Luv Bug head to represent Ireland in Bergen, Norway. Only four of the five members of the band are at the airport for the photo call. Ricky Meyler had forgotten his passport and arrived at the airport at the last minute.

As the group posed on the tarmac for press men, a breathless Ricky turned up clutching his new temporary Irish passport.

Reporter Kieron Woods asked the group about how it felt to represent the 32 counties of Ireland.  

Out of twenty competing countries 'Luv Bug' came fourth position in the competition. The 1986 Eurovision Song Contest took place on 3 May and was won by Sandra Kim representing Belgium with the song 'J'aime la Vie'.
