At a time when cross border shopping between European member states was restricted, 'Newsbeat' reports on cross border shopping and whether it makes you a smuggler.
Many passengers on a train from Dublin to Belfast are travelling with the intention of buying products that are either cheaper in the North of Ireland or not available in the South.
Passengers are asked about what they know about the legalities of cross-border shopping and being labelled a smuggler. Some are unaware of the laws, some wouldn't take the risk and others are willing to take the risk.
