Listen here to Taoiseach Charles Haughey's reaction to the arrest of Malcolm MacArthur for the murders of nurse Bridie Gargan and farmer Dónal Dunne. MacArthur was arrested at property owned by the then Attorney General, Patrick Connolly.

Malcolm MacArthur served 30 years in prison for the murder of Bridie Gargan and was released on 19 September 2012.
