Hercules, a grizzly bear and the most famous bear in the world according to his owners.
Gay Byrne is joined in the studio by Hercules the Bear, and his owners Andy Robins (known as Grizzly Andy Robins) and his wife Maggie.
He's a right Irish bear... He likes a wee drop of whiskey.
Andy explains how himself and his wife ended up bringing up Hercules, who is now almost 9-years-old. While grizzly bears are said to be one of the most ferocious animals in the world, Andy claims that Hercules is very passive as a result of the way he was brought up, but explains he is not a circus animal and was never trained as such. Andy, a wrestler, travels the world with Hercules as they perform their wrestling act.
Andy demonstrates how they wrestle in front of the live studio audience after which Gay feeds Hercules some chicken straight from his mouth. He then proceeds to pour Advocat down his throat.
