The Frames perform their single 'Revelate' on 'The Late Late Show'.
The Frames were formed in the summer of 1990 in on the northside of Dublin. The band began by busking on Grafton Street, and are now one of the most sought-after live acts.
The Frames current line-up features Glen Hansard on guitar and vocals, Noreen O'Donnell on backing vocals, Colm Mac Con Iomaire on violin, Graham Downey on bass, Dave Odlum on guitar and Paul Brennan on drums.
The Frames are part of the ten venue 1995 Heineken Rollercoaster Tour featuring the best up-and-coming bands on the Irish music scene. Following this tour, the band will return to the United States after their debut American tour in 1994.
The Frames perform ‘Revelate’, the first single from their second studio album ‘Fitzcarraldo’. This album was released in November 1995 under the name The Frames DC to avoid confusion with the American band of the same name. The single and album are produced by Pete Briquette, a member of the Boomtown Rats.
