Over sixty thousand people attend the 21st anniversary concert at Slane, County Meath.
The headline act on the day were Welsh band Stereophonics with Counting Crows, Nickelback, The Revs, Doves and Ocean Colour Scene supporting.
Despite fifty seizures of drugs and four arrests, Gardai have described this year's event as "relaxed" and said there had been no problems with public order. Superintendent Eamonn Courtney spoke to RTÉ News about security and public order at the event.
There's only a very small minority who don't behave well.
Fifty people have been treated at the fully-equipped field hospital mainly for alcohol related problems and five were transferred to hospital.
This whole show at Slane takes about two and a half million watts to power it.
For the past ten days, 150 people have worked on constructing the stage which measures 100 feet wide and weighs 800 tonnes.
