A man has been arrested in connection with the shooting of Martin Foley.
Foley, a convicted criminal, was shot a number of times outside a gym in Kimmage on 26 January.
It was the fourth occasion that he had been shot.
Gardaí arrested a man in his 20s in Ballyfermot at around 7am this morning.
He is being held in Crumlin Garda Station.
