Scuffles between students and loyalists in Shaftsbury Square, Belfast at another civil rights demonstration.

At another People's Democracy march in Belfast, there are scuffles with police when they reroute the march to prevent it from clashing with Ian Paisley and his supporters, who are holding a meeting in Shaftesbury Square.

The protesters are pictured holding banners with slogans such as "People's Democracy", "Civil Rights", "No Hope Here" and "Terence Come Back Alone". The RUC (Royal Ulster Constabulary) remove students holding a sit-down protest by dragging them from the streets.
