A preview screening of the film 'Sunday After Sunday' commissioned as part of the GAA centenary celebrations.

A special screening of the 75 minute documentary ‘Sunday After Sunday’ is held at the Irish Film Theatre in Dublin. The film was commissioned by Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) as part of the organisation's centenary celebrations. The film is a wide ranging exploration of the unique place of Gaelic games in Irish life — social, individual, political and cultural.

'Sunday After Sunday' was produced and directed by filmmaker Louis Marcus and photographed by Robert Monks. The script advisor is Breandán Ó hEithir and the narrator is Mick Lally.

Among those attending the screening are President of Ireland Patrick Hillery former Taoiseach Jack Lynch and his wife Maureen, Chief of Staff of the Defence Forces Gerald O'Sullivan, GAA President Paddy Buggy and hurlers Eddie Keher, Jimmy Smith and John Doyle.
