An Albion lorry once used by Guinness has been restored and donated to the Transport Museum Society of Ireland.
The 8-legger Albion truck served the Guinness brewery on both sides of the Irish Sea.
The truck was first registered to Guinness in Liverpool in 1954. It was then acquired by a haulage contractor and later by a showman in the Irish midlands.
It's a rigid 8 powered by a six cylinder oil engine with a maximum output of 120 bhp.
The lorry is 30 feet long and has a pay load of 22 tonnes.
The vehicle was discovered in a scrapyard in a state of disrepair and has now been restored. It has been acquired by the Transport Museum Society of Ireland
