The Irish Countrywomen's Association celebrate a twenty five year association with An Grianán in County Louth.

This week is part of a programme of year-long celebrations to mark twenty five years of the The Irish Countrywomen's Association (ICA) adult education centre at An Grianán in Termonfeckin.

Designated as a meitheal (an Irish word meaning work party or collective effort), the theme for the week is 'Treasures of Ireland'.

Irish Countrywomen's Association members and delegates from overseas were invited to share in jewellery making workshops, and many different types of Irish crafts,

Displays of spinning, weaving and also traditional cooking and wood carving.
