Catherine, who hasn't skipped in around 12 years, is first up and manages around 10 skips in 10 seconds.
Next up is Andy McQuillan, who Gay Byrne jokes is a well-known skipper who takes the lead with 13 skips.
It's been a long time since I skipped Gay.
Finally, it's the turn of Teresa from Naas who can not remember the last time she skipped. While Gay forgets to count Teresa's steps, he is impressed by her style.
There's a touch of style about that.
