Clare team and supporters enjoy celebrations after long awaited Munster Hurling Final win over Tipperary.
The Usual Place pub on Market Street in Ennis was packed as supporters watched a video of yesterday's All-Ireland Munster Senior Hurling final which saw Clare beat Tipperary 1-18 to 0-18.
Player Ger 'Sparrow’ O’Loughlin is confident that the Banner County team will go from strength to strength,
We’ve set a trend...and we’ll continue to beat them for as long as we can.
This was Clare’s first win against Tipperary in a Munster final since 1899. Goalkeeper Davy Fitzgerald sums up the atmosphere in The Usual Place,
‘Tis electrifying...we probably have the best supporters in the land.
