Valentine's Day is one of the busiest days of the year for An Post as thousands of people send cards to their loved ones. Some say it with flowers, and others opt for declaring their love in newspaper ads.
Michael Ronayne asks RTÉ staff what Valentine's Day means to them. Richard Crowley from the RTÉ Newsroom confesses to having sent himself a sack full of cards. Mike Murphy, while crowning Miss Boat Show 1986 at O'Connell Bridge in Dublin, says
It's a day when people who love you, send you little tokens of their appreciations. Though I got a Valentine's card from the Director General today and I was very happy with it.
Mike then proceeds to plant a kiss on Michael Ronayne.
