An Irish cystic fibrosis campaigner, who received a double-lung transplant four months ago, has described her transformation as "nothing short of a miracle."
Orla Tinsley said she is "doing really well" as she recovers from the operation in New York.
In an interview on RTÉ's Six One News, on Cystic Fibrosis Awareness Day, Ms Tinsley said: "I feel so different. I'm like a new woman. I have strength that I didn't have before."

She said: "I owe it all to my donor and their family and my transplant team," adding that when her donor tragically died "they gave me life".
She also said she hoped that other people would consider becoming organ donors.
