Gardaí seized drugs worth a potential €1.2m following searches in the Tallaght area yesterday.
The operation was conducted by the Dublin Metropolitan Traffic unit, supported by the Drugs Unit in Tallaght and the Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau.
Searches were conducted in Tallaght, Dublin, where a suspected drug mixing and compressing facility was discovered.
Over 12 bags of white powder and compressed blocks were discovered, believed to be cocaine and cocaine mixing agent.
Compacting compressing equipment and a quantity of cannabis herb were also discovered.
Two men in their mid-30s were arrested at the scene and are being questioned at Tallaght Garda Station.
Subject to analysis, the drugs may have a potential market value of €1.2m.
