Three new jurors have been sworn in for the trial of former Anglo Irish Bank chairman Sean FitzPatrick.
Mr FitzPatrick, 68, from Whitshed Road in Greystones, has denied misleading Anglo's auditors about loans to him and to people connected with him between 2002 and 2007.
He has also pleaded not guilty to furnishing false information.
Judge John Aylmer again warned the jury panel that certain categories of people should not serve on the jury.
These included people who held such strong views on the banking crisis that they felt they could not be impartial or people who had been active in campaigning groups or protests such as anti-austerity protests.
Nine women and six men have been sworn in to hear the case.
They will return to court tomorrow afternoon but are not expected to hear evidence for around a fortnight while the court deals with a legal issue.
Before the jury left for the day, Judge Aylmer said he was giving them a final opportunity to reflect and to be certain that they could approach the case with absolute and total impartiality.
He also warned them again not to seek out information about any of the parties on the internet or discuss the case with friends or family.
He said it was of the utmost importance that they came to the case with total impartiality.
