A man in his 30s has been shot a number of times in the legs in Derry.
The shooting happened in the Rinmore Drive area at about 10.30pm last night.
The victim was shot in each ankle and once in the thigh and is being treated in hospital.
The PSNI has issued an appeal for witnesses.
