Gardaí have begun work on a site in County Dublin for a man missing for over 11 years and believed to have been murdered.
Patrick Lawlor, 24, from Darndale, Coolock, Dublin, has not been seen since he left his home at around 6.30am on the morning of 16 December, 2004.
As part of the investigation into his disappearance, gardaí have sealed off grounds at the now derelict Belcamp House in Coolock.
Initial site preparation works started there this morning and it is anticipated that the search will commence on Monday morning.
It is expected the search could last up to three weeks.
A garda spokesperson said the result of this search will determine the future direction of the investigation.
