A third person has been charged following a garda investigation into the death of a man, who died after allegedly taking a drug known as N-bomb in Co Cork in January
Alex Ryan, 18, from Liscahane, Millstreet, Co Cork, died on 23 January 2016.

29-year-old Harry Clifton, with an address at 11 St Finbarr's Place, Proby's Quay, Cork, was arrested and charged with nine counts in connection with the investigation into Mr Ryan’s death.
Mr Clifton was charged with eight counts contrary to the Misuse of Drugs Act and one count of Endangerment Contrary to the Non-fatal Offences Against the Persons Act.
His charges include intentionally or recklessly engaging in conduct, that he allegedly sold the drug known as N-bomb to another person, claiming it was less potent than 2CB and causing substantial risk of death or serious harm to another person.
His charges also include having cannabis, N-bomb, MDMA and DMT for his own personal use, as well as for the purpose of sale or supply.
As the DPP had directed trial by indictment, a book of evidence will have to be prepared, the Inspector John Deasy told Cork District Court.
There was no objection to the accused being remanded on bail.
Judge Leo Malone adjourned the case until 15 September in order to allow time for the preparation and service of a book of evidence.
Last week a man and woman were arrested, charged and released on bail in connection with the investigation.
Ruairí Maher, 22, of 12 Ballycurrane, Thurles, Co Tipperary, and a young woman both face charges of conspiring with another to possess a drug named colloquially as N-bomb for the purpose of sale or supply to another in Cork city on 18 January.
Their cases have also been adjourned until 15 September at Cork District Court to allow time for preparation and service of books of evidence.
Earlier this month Cork Coroner's Court heard that Mr Ryan died after consuming the synthetic drug known as N-bomb.
He had been on a life support machine at Cork University Hospital after becoming ill at the house party at St Patrick's Terrace on Green Street in Greenmount, Cork city.
There was no reference made to the late Mr Ryan in yesterday’s proceeding, nor in last week’s proceedings.
