A man has been arrested after cannabis and cocaine with an estimated street value of €300,000 was seized in Kilkenny.
Gardaí discovered the drugs during a planned search of a house in the Newpark area of the city yesterday evening.
Cannabis herb with an estimated street value of up to €100,000 and cocaine worth €200,000 was found in the house.
The man, who is in his 50s, is being held at Kilkenny Garda Station.
