A man arrested following a fatal assault in Dublin on Saturday has been released without charge.
The man his 40s had been held in connection with the investigation into the death of a 57-year-old man in Harold’s Cross.
He was found outside Park View Apartments at around 4am on Saturday after emergency services were called to an incident.
He was taken to St James's Hospital but later died.
A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
