A 22-year-old man has appeared in court, charged with the murder of a 29-year-old man in Santry, north Dublin yesterday.
William Gilsenan, with an address at The Green, Larch Hill, Santry, appeared before a special sitting of Dublin District Court this afternoon.
Eddie Fitzgerald had been found in a car park of an apartment block at Larch Hill in Santry at around 3pm yesterday.
He was taken to Beaumont Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The victim was from Finglas, in Dublin, and it is believed he did not live at the apartment complex.
Judge John Coughlan remanded Mr Gilsenan in custody to appear before Cloverhill District Court next Friday.
