IT services company Version 1 is to create up to 100 jobs at its base in Dublin.
It follows an €8m investment in the company by the Government-supported BDO Development Capital Fund.
The investment will enable Version 1's further expansion into the UK as well as the creation of up to 100 additional IT consultancy jobs in Ireland.
Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Richard Bruton said: "I am delighted to welcome the up to 100 additional jobs Version 1 will create as a result of the investment announced today, real tangible benefits for the Irish economy from the ingenuity of our businesses with support from Government."
