The biggest doctors' trade union, the Irish Medical Organisation, has made a settlement with the Revenue Commissioners for over €118,400.
The settlement covers taxes, interest and penalties following an audit last year.
The settlement is in respect of all subsidiary companies in the IMO and covers 2009-2012.
It is revealed in the union's accounts for 2013 which have just been published.
The IMO has 6,196 members and made a profit last year of €31,000.
It has reserves of €3.3 million.
