A 21-year-old man has been arrested after a 9mm pistol was found during a search of a car in Dublin.
The car was stopped by the Garda Emergency Response Unit at Temple Street at 10.50am.
The man was arrested at the scene and is being questioned at Mountjoy Garda Station.
