A Co Mayo property owner appeared before Castlebar District Court today in relation to the non-payment of the Household Charge.
A summons had been issued to John Joe Duffy from Ballinrobe for alleged non-declaration in respect of three properties in Claremorris.
Judge Mary Devins adjourned the case until 20 December.
