A 23-year-old Co Donegal man charged with dangerous driving causing the deaths of eight men has been remanded on continuing bail until February.
Shaun Kelly, of Hill Road, Buncrana, is charged with dangerous driving causing the deaths of eight men at Meenadiff, Clonmany, Co Donegal, on 11 July 2010.
At Buncrana District Court this morning, Judge Paul Kelly was told that the book of evidence in the case is quite substantial, with over 200 statements included.
