A man has been released without charge following questioning in connection with a shooting in Co Sligo earlier this week.
The man, who is in his 30s, was detained after the shooting in Tubbercurry on Monday night.
The victim received a gunshot wound to his face at around 8pm on Monday at Connolly Park in the town.
A file will be prepared and forwarded to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
