A man, arrested over the murder of Sinn Féin official Denis Donaldson, has been released without charge.
He was freed yesterday and a file on the case is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Mr Donaldson was shot dead at a remote cottage in Co Donegal in April 2006.
He had admitted being a British informer for more than 20 years.
