A buyer with the Brown Thomas Group has been given a temporary order preventing the company from dismissing her.
Mary Mullen from Rathgar, Dublin 6, claims she was told her employment was being terminated after she made complaints of bullying and harassment.
She also says Brown Thomas failed to comply with its own procedures for dealing with the complaints she made.
Ms Justice Mary Laffoy in the High Court granted an injunction restraining Brown Thomas from giving effect to the purported dismissal of Ms Mullen.
The case will be back before the High Court on Wednesday when lawyers for Brown Thomas will have the opportunity to present their case.
